Our platform is hosted on Google Firebase and Google Cloud Platform, with data stored in Australian-region data centres where available. Firebase services used include Authentication, Firestore (database) and Hosting. Google's privacy policy and data processing terms apply.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe to a plan, your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page and are never transmitted to or stored by Mine Medical Control. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
The attendance letter email feature uses the Google Gmail API to dispatch letters on behalf of the configured sender address. Content transmitted through this service is subject to Google's terms.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or at the direction of a regulatory authority. Where possible and lawful, we will notify you before making such a disclosure.
